Plastictecnic (M) Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to support our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in streamlining daily HR operations and administrative functions within our collaborative manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
- Manage employee records and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) with accuracy.
- Support the payroll process and ensure timely submission of timesheets and attendance data.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing contracts and orientation materials.
- Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Organize company events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Answer inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or Administration roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
