We are currently seeking a skilled HR and Admin Assistant to join our team and support our HR and administration functions.
As an HR and Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, managing timekeeping and attendance systems, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and handling general administrative tasks. You will work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments to ensure efficiency and compliance in all processes.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least one year of experience in a similar role. - Support daily HR and administrative operations for project-based manpower
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance tracking

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of documentation and timekeeping processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Detail-oriented and proactive
