Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including enrollment, documentation, and claim processing
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases using HRIS systems
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and implementing HR policies
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, document management, and office logistics
- Assist in HR compliance audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR and administrative experience with recruitment focus
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high level of confidentiality and discretion
