Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives
  • Oversee daily administrative operations including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance
  • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws
  • Coordinate employee training programs and professional development activities
  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave entitlement systems
  • Organize company events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR and administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and HR information systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
