Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolutions, and performance documentation
- Oversee administrative functions such as office coordination, document management, and vendor communications
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws
- Coordinate Mandarin-language communication for Chinese-speaking employees and stakeholders
- Organize company events, training sessions, and cultural initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, payroll documentation, and compliance audits
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience
- Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency with strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
