Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals
- Manage administrative operations including office facilities, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, organize company events, and foster a positive work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, manage employee records, and address workplace issues
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in HR and administration with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office applications, and digital HR tools
- Proven experience in policy development, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional ethics
