Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with company objectives and legal requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
- Coordinate administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for employee development and retention
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Prepare and manage HR budgets, reports, and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and administrative management experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and administrative software, MS Office applications
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
