Rotaflex Construction And Development Corp is seeking a proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our recruitment processes are seamless and our administrative workflows are efficient.

We are looking for a versatile individual who can bridge the gap between human resources strategies and day-to-day office management. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, we want to hear from you. You will play a vital role in nurturing our company culture and supporting our workforce to achieve their best.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and manage 201 files in compliance with labor laws.
  • Administer employee relations programs, including conflict resolution and engagement activities.
  • Handle daily office administrative tasks, including supplies inventory, utility management, and facilities coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and monitoring of employee attendance and leave credits.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Draft and manage official company correspondence, memoranda, and administrative reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative capacity, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
