PT LUXFELINE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY is seeking a talented individual to build HR & admin operations for TIA Indonesia from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the human resources and administrative functions of a growing organization in the heart of Jakarta.

As our HR and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for establishing comprehensive HR policies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws. Your Mandarin language skills will be essential in communicating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners, making you a valuable bridge between cultures.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Oversee administrative operations and facilities management
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage HR budget and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners
  • Implement HR information systems and reporting mechanisms
  • Lead and develop the HR and administration team

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration management
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in setting up HR operations from the ground up
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and administrative software
  • Experience in managing teams and budgets
