Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
  • Manage employee records, maintain HR databases, and ensure documentation compliance
  • Support employee relations through effective communication and addressing routine inquiries
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both HR and administrative documents
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices is an advantage
