Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, review, and support adherence to corporate and financial regulatory compliance frameworks in Singapore.
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative duties including recruitment coordination, onboarding, leave management, and employee records upkeep.
- Assist in the review, development, and implementation of internal policies, compliance manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support marketing initiatives, brand promotions, and company events to drive engagement and business growth.
- Oversee daily office operations, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support to management.
- Act as a liaison for external partners, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on operational and HR matters.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in HR, compliance, or operational roles (experience in insurance or financial services is highly advantageous).
- Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and general compliance standards (MAS guidelines knowledge is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing channels.
