Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily HR operations including employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and databases
- Process employee claims, benefits, and leave requests
- Assist staff with HR policy inquiries and procedural guidance
- Coordinate recruitment activities and screening of applications
- Organize HR documentation and ensure data security
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Contribute to HR compliance with labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in HR/Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or support role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
