Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate employee records and files (digital and physical).
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data, attendance records, and other relevant information.
- Organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience (0-2 years) in an HR-related role or internship is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic HR principles, labor laws, and best practices is a plus.
