Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires including documentation and orientation
  • Provide payroll support including data entry and verification
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Support HR administrative tasks including leave management and attendance tracking

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
