Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a high degree of accuracy and strict confidentiality.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and company programs.
- Support the performance management process by coordinating appraisal schedules, collecting documentation, and providing administrative support.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Help ensure company compliance with local labor laws and internal HR regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist, administrative, or coordinator role is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and standard HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
