As an HR Assistant, you will provide critical support in daily HR functions including timekeeping, HRIS management, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate timekeeping records and attendance tracking for employees.
  • Assist in the administration of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure employee data is up-to-date.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
