Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, such as headcount monitoring and turnover metrics.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR assistant role is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
