Philsaga Mining Corporation is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Davao City. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our recruitment lifecycle and ensuring that our operational standards for talent acquisition are met with excellence.

As an HR Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our candidates, representing the values of Philsaga Mining. You will gain hands-on experience in the mining industry's unique recruitment demands, from administrative coordination to candidate engagement. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to facilitate seamless HR operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
  • Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms and company social media channels to attract high-quality talent.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, including coordinating logistics for both in-person and virtual assessments.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and database integrity.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and onboarding requirements.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and internal company events.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, recruitment metrics, and documentation for audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role; fresh graduates with strong internship credentials are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
