You'll support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining accurate records and fostering a positive workplace culture. As a key contributor to our HR department, you'll coordinate training programs, assist in policy implementation, and serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening interviews, and offer coordination
- Manage and maintain comprehensive employee records, contracts, and documentation systems
- Support HR operations by preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and maintaining HR databases
- Coordinate employee onboarding programs, orientation sessions, and training initiatives
- Handle employee relations inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
- Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and employee engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
