Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy
- Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding processes including documentation preparation and orientation coordination
- Handle HR administrative tasks including leave processing, payroll documentation, and benefits administration
- Assist in organizing employee training programs and development activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
- Manage HR correspondence and maintain confidential employee information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR administration or office support role
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
