- Support recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
- Manage employee onboarding documentation and orientation procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance documentation
- Assist in processing payroll-related data and employee benefits administration
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, report preparation, and filing systems
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing routine inquiries and maintaining confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of HR administrative experience or internship
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
