Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, memos, and performance review forms.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs to promote a positive office culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship or HR experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
