Tanggung Jawab
- Support recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
- Assist in employee onboarding, including preparation of contracts and orientation materials
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures
- Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for compliance
- Coordinate HR events and activities to promote employee engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
