Tanggung Jawab

  • Support recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
  • Assist in employee onboarding, including preparation of contracts and orientation materials
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures
  • Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for compliance
  • Coordinate HR events and activities to promote employee engagement

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or recruitment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
