- Assist in administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Support employee relations activities and conflict resolution
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings and interviews
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance records
- Support training and development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
