Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates
- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and position specifications
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring status
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparation of employment documents and orientation materials
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR assistance role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and applicant tracking software
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
