Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee records and documentation ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Schedule and organize HR-related meetings and events
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support to all staff members
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures specific to healthcare settings
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
