Tanggung Jawab
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with strict confidentiality
- Assist in onboarding new hires and conduct orientation programs
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide policy guidance to staff
- Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
