In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of our HR department, ensuring that our employees are supported and that our company culture continues to thrive.

As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with our HR team to streamline administrative processes, facilitate recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about people, possesses strong communication skills, and maintains a high level of discretion and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company training sessions, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and adherence to local labor laws.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and payroll administration practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
