Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
- Support employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle administrative HR tasks such as leave processing, attendance monitoring, and payroll support
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and resolving benefit-related inquiries
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
