Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end benefits administration including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate learning & development programs including training logistics, material preparation, and record maintenance
  • Process high-volume HR transactions with zero-error data entry and documentation accuracy
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with precise employee information and benefits data
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring timely service delivery
  • Support HR audits by preparing accurate reports and documentation
  • Act as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and learning program registrations

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR administration experience with benefits/L&D focus
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
  • Strong data accuracy skills with proven ability to handle high-volume transactions
  • Excellent communication skills for employee interaction and documentation
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and healthcare industry regulations
