Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end benefits administration including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate learning & development programs including training logistics, material preparation, and record maintenance
- Process high-volume HR transactions with zero-error data entry and documentation accuracy
- Maintain and update HRIS systems with precise employee information and benefits data
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring timely service delivery
- Support HR audits by preparing accurate reports and documentation
- Act as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and learning program registrations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administration experience with benefits/L&D focus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong data accuracy skills with proven ability to handle high-volume transactions
- Excellent communication skills for employee interaction and documentation
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and healthcare industry regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
