Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and private health insurance.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases to ensure data integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, leave credits, and statutory benefits.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data and benefits deductions to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to compensation, benefits utilization, and headcount.
- Coordinate with government agencies and benefit providers to resolve discrepancies and facilitate enrollments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Compensation and Benefits or Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
