In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our rewards management, ensuring that our team members are supported through accurate payroll processing, comprehensive benefits administration, and strict adherence to labor regulations.

You will play a critical role in maintaining employee trust by delivering timely benefits coordination and resolving compensation-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and private health insurance.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, leave credits, and statutory benefits.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data and benefits deductions to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to compensation, benefits utilization, and headcount.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and benefit providers to resolve discrepancies and facilitate enrollments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Compensation and Benefits or Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
