In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our human resources operations, specifically focusing on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and employee management within the construction industry.

As an HR Assistant with us, you will work closely with department heads to source talent, manage onboarding processes, and ensure that our workforce remains compliant with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interview scheduling and background checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support payroll administration and ensure timely processing of employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with site managers to address staffing needs and resolve on-site workforce queries.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and compliance with local labor laws and construction industry safety standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the construction, engineering, or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding sensitive employee information.
