Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee records and HR database maintenance
- Support recruitment processes including job postings and candidate screening
- Coordinate onboarding programs and new hire orientations
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support services
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 1+ years of experience in HR support or administrative role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with data management experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in education sector preferred
