Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end contract administration and lifecycle for healthcare institutions.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for contract staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Support the payroll process for temporary and contract employees.
  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Handle inquiries from candidates and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute employment-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations or administrative support.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
