In this key support role, you will be the gatekeeper of our HR data, ensuring that all employee information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, managing the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and generating essential reports. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and data integrity.
  • Assist in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
  • Support payroll administration by processing queries and verifying data for monthly payments.
  • Generate HR reports, analytics, and statistics for management to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive personnel and salary information.
  • Support performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or data management within a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
