Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital human resource files, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Assist the Employee Relations team in documenting grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance discussions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding company policy inquiries and routine administrative concerns.
- Prepare and update organizational charts, employee handbooks, and various HR-related correspondence.
- Support the coordination of company events and employee engagement programs to boost workplace morale.
- Conduct regular audits of personnel files to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly HR reports and data analytics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or Employee Relations role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and standard HR practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
