- Assist with employee onboarding processes including document preparation and orientation
- Manage HR records and documentation ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including leave processing and file maintenance
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and compliance documentation
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities and training coordination
- Collaborate with Australian operations team to align HR processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and Philippine labor regulations
