As our HR Assistant/Executive, you will be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration while supporting our broader talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. We value candidates who are organized, approachable, and passionate about HR best practices.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and corporate culture activities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including attendance monitoring and leave management.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or an administrative role.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
