HR Assistant/HR Executive – Yew Kee Group

Yew Kee Group is a highly respected and well-established organization in Singapore, with a proven track record of success and a commitment to quality. We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team at our Woodlands office. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package of $3,000 – $3,800 per month.

In this role, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of HR and payroll responsibilities. You will play a key role in processing accurate monthly payroll, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, administering employee benefits, managing employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with Singapore labor laws. Your work will directly impact our employee experience and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar HR role, with specific expertise in full set payroll processing. You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion are essential. A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a closely related field is desirable but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process full cycle payroll including computation, CPF contributions, and tax submission.
  • Manage recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and claims processing.
  • Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits.
  • Assist with performance management and training coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g., Times, SAP) is an advantage.
