We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant - Learning and Development to join our dynamic team in Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will drive our employee growth initiatives by managing the full spectrum of training and development tasks. You will be responsible for carrying out efficient training tasks involved in the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of our learning programs.
As part of our HR team, you will collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps, design effective training interventions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis and skill gap assessments across departments.
- Design, develop, and coordinate engaging training materials, including presentations and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring high participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and performance metrics.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative learning solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee progress in HRIS systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically within a Learning and Development or Training department.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and deadlines.
