Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in CPHR or SHRM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
