Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese management and local staff to ensure alignment of HR policies and corporate culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefit tracking in compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, handbooks, and employment contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate training sessions and performance appraisal cycles.
- Handle employee queries regarding company benefits, payroll, and workplace conduct with professionalism.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) is mandatory for effective stakeholder communication.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role within a multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
