Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and employee records
- Assist in payroll processing benefits administration and compliance documentation
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to labor regulations
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace concerns
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR assistant or generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
