Join a dynamic team in Lapu-Lapu City as an HR Assistant (OD & Employee Relations). We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Human Resources operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR specialist to gain hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Employee Relations (ER) within a collaborative environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and strategic HR projects.
- Handle Employee Relations (ER) inquiries and assist in conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions and workshops.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with policies.
- Assist in daily HR operations, including payroll support and policy communication.
- Conduct new hire orientation and integration activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, specifically within OD and ER.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
