Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update employee personal files and personnel records accurately and confidentially.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, and tax documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and help coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports and statistics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
