Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate HR records in internal databases and information systems.
- Provide operational support for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure HR administrative processes are executed efficiently.
- Prepare and update HR documents, employee files, and compliance reports.
- Assist in the generation of monthly HR reports and data analytics for management review.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects, administrative tasks, and systems implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in HR administration, data entry, or office operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in HR systems and process optimization.
