Tanggung Jawab
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records
- Handle employee relations inquiries and foster positive workplace culture
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and maintain HR documentation
- Support HR compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining digital/physical filing systems
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and HR requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR or administrative support experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compensation principles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
