Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Support HR administrative functions including record-keeping and compliance
- Collaborate with HR team on recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and skills assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or HR administration (internship acceptable)
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
