Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for talent acquisition and human resources? Agribusiness Rural Bank, Inc. is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our growing team in Ortigas. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR department, ensuring that we attract, screen, and onboard the best talent to support our banking operations.

As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR Head to streamline recruitment processes and enhance our employer branding. We are looking for a proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews.
  • Source potential candidates through various platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess applicant suitability.
  • Prepare and process necessary employment documentation and offer letters.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Support the HR Head with ad-hoc human resources projects and administrative reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or generalist HR functions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong internship background in HR are encouraged to apply.
