Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases with strict confidentiality.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and administrative concerns.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and performance review templates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational flow and office administration.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and remote team-building initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and provide administrative support to senior HR management as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.
